Purchasing from your suspension kit from Aktiv Performance is easy simply browse our product range by car or by product group.   When you find the product you require click the buy it now button to add items to your shopping cart.  Once on the Shopping cart page you can review the item and click Checkout. 

You will now be prompted to enter your payment and personal details.  You can contact us during work hours to make your payment over the telephone if you prefer.

We will then send you an email to confirm we have received your order.  Delivery times vary from product to product but are usually delivered in 2-3 days.  Imported items such as body styling or full body kits can take several weeks to receive.  For these items it’s best to book an appointment with a body shop or workshop once you have received your item.

If you order an item which is out of stock we will contact you with the delivery date or offer an alternative.  You can of course cancel your order for a full refund at this point.

Once your order has been processed we can track its progress using our carrier’s online tracking facility which tells us where the parcel is or if they have attempted delivery etc.  Once delivered we receive a POF proof of delivery where the customer and signed for it.

Returns policy
Suspension kits delivered damaged or incorrectly can be returned for a full refund.  A Suspension kit delivered correctly can be returned for a refund less a handling charge.  Used suspension can not be returned for credit unless agreed with by us prior to return.
